Everybody in Roda welcomes the intro-duction of mains drain-age to this part of Corfu and the sch-eme is a massive
opened, pipes laid, and closed again in only four days. There were a few problem areas in the region of the new ‘Oscars’ Bar / Rest-aurant, but yesterday, these were sealed off and will be
very little traffic and should not cause any problems.
Anyone using the roads along the north Corfu coast this year should take particular care as the various drainage schemes take shape. We all look forward to the day when the systems are fully operational.

Commencing next Wed-nesday and continuing throughout the season are the weekly F.G.T.s, the “Forum Get Togethers”. Held at different venues in the Village, the FGTs are an opportunity for members of the Roda Online Forum, and anyone else interested, to meet over a cup of coffee. The meetings are all informal, with no agenda other than to chat about our favourite holiday destination, Roda.
